When you come to our hospital, you’re choosing high-quality care for your pet and exceptional customer service.

CAT-FRIENDLY PRACTICE

We understand the unique needs of your cat, and we tailor our practice to make every experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible. American Association of Feline Practitioners has established key cat-friendly practice guidelines, to ensure your pet receives high-quality care. We consider all aspects of your cat’s visit, including sights, sounds, and scents, to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our cat-only exam rooms and boarding area ensures your feline receives the best care possible.

FEAR-FREE™ MOVEMENT
(CERTIFICATION IN PROCESS)
We strive to provide a fear-free practice for our patients. We work in partnership with a behavior specialist to create an environment that is welcoming to all. The Fear-Free™ initiative is working to create a certification program for veterinary practices, and they have chosen us as one of their pilot sites to attain this certification. Additionally, we have advanced training to recognize signs of pet stress and discomfort. This enables us to customize your visit and provide the highest quality of care.
