A bit about us:

We are an AAHA-accredited facility that provides compassionate medical care to dogs, cats, and exotic pets.

We are the premier small animal care facility for South West and West Austin. Serving families and pets since 1997, we feel privileged to be a part of this community and take pride in treating your pets as our own.

We service clients and patients in the Barton Creek, Bee Cave, Westlake, Lakeway, Driftwood, Dripping Springs, Oak Hill, and Sunset Valley regions. We also see clients from San Antonio, Round Rock, and Dallas.

We offer a variety of services, including general health, emergency care, specialty services, and grooming and boarding. We pride ourselves on providing personalized service and work with you to ensure your pet has the care they need to remain healthy, happy, and fit. We look for opportunities to make your pet’s veterinary care visit as stress-free and comfortable as possible. We also offer affordable treatment options that meet the individual needs of you and your pet. In addition, our smartphone app features appointment scheduling, loyalty rewards, and prescription refill requests for your convenience.

We are accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA). This accreditation is voluntary and evaluates our practice on 900 quality standards. These standards envelop all aspects of our practice, from customer service to the latest practices in veterinary care. When you come to our hospital, you’re choosing high-quality care for your pet and exceptional customer service.

We understand the unique needs of your cat, and we tailor our practice to make every experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible. American Association of Feline Practitioners has established key cat-friendly practice guidelines, to ensure your pet receives high-quality care. We consider all aspects of your cat’s visit, including sights, sounds, and scents, to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our cat-only exam rooms and boarding area ensures your feline receives the best care possible.

We strive to provide a fear-free practice for our patients. We work in partnership with a behavior specialist to create an environment that is welcoming to all. The Fear-Free™ initiative is working to create a certification program for veterinary practices, and they have chosen us as one of their pilot sites to attain this certification. Additionally, we have advanced training to recognize signs of pet stress and discomfort. This enables us to customize your visit and provide the highest quality of care.

We have been named in the Top 20 for the 6th year in a row on for Veterinarians and Dog Boarding.
