We are partnering with an innovative healthcare technology organization that is redefining how payers, providers, and life sciences companies manage high-cost specialty therapies.
This is not a traditional VP of Sales role. We are seeking a proven enterprise hunter who has successfully built pipeline from scratch, sold complex healthcare data or technology solutions, and developed executive relationships across payers, specialty pharmacy, and pharmaceutical manufacturers.
The ideal candidate has a track record of opening new markets, closing strategic enterprise agreements, and translating complex clinical and financial concepts into measurable business value. This executive will play a critical role in accelerating growth by securing new business and helping shape the future of specialty drug management and value-based care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute enterprise sales strategy focused on net-new business
- Build and maintain executive relationships across health plans, PBMs, specialty pharmacies, and pharmaceutical manufacturers
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through contract execution
- Sell healthcare analytics, data-driven solutions, and technology platforms supporting specialty drug optimization
- Develop ROI-driven business cases tied to payer economics and market access strategies
- Partner with executive leadership to refine go-to-market strategy and market positioning
- Build and mentor a high-performing commercial organization as the business scales
Ideal Background:
- 10+ years of enterprise healthcare sales or business development experience
- Proven success selling into payers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, or specialty pharmacy organizations
- Experience with healthcare data, analytics, SaaS, or technology-enabled solutions
- Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy, market access, and payer strategy
- Demonstrated success creating demand and building pipeline from zero
- History of closing large, strategic enterprise agreements
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in growth-stage environments
