Job Details
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction for all financial aspects of the healthcare division, including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and financial analysis.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to support operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports, statements, and analyses to the executive team, board of directors, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue enhancement, and operational improvement.
- Lead the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Monitor financial performance and trends, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance profitability and financial stability.
- Oversee the management of financial risks, ensuring appropriate measures are in place to protect the organization's assets and financial health.
- Establish and maintain relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other external stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the finance team and across the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience in financial management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare finance, including reimbursement models, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic financial plans and forecasts.
- Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing finance team.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical business practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound financial decisions.
- Proficiency in financial management software and systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
