Are you a marketing maven with a passion for innovation and a knack for leadership? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Marketing to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to shape and drive the marketing strategy of our rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both marketing and retail, with a proven ability to leverage market research to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Developing and implementing a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and sales.
2. Setting current and long-term goals for internal teams.
3. Building relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies.
4. Monitoring all marketing campaigns and improving them when necessary.
5. Prioritizing marketing projects and allocating resources accordingly.
6. Conducting market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
7. Providing guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events.
8. Forecasting hiring needs for the Marketing department.
9. Participating in the quarterly and annual planning of the company’s objectives.
10. Tracking competitors’ activities and providing valuable insights to shape our marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing role in the multi-site retail sector.
2. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
3. Proven knowledge of acquisition marketing
4. Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords.
5. Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques.
6. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
7. Excellent analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
8. Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
9. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices.
