Job Details
- Oversee month-end close, ledger integrity, and consolidation across business units
- Implement and manage SOX-compliant internal control frameworks
- Lead internal/external audits and ensure timely filings
- Provide technical accounting guidance (US GAAP & internal policies)
- Drive ERP/reporting systems strategy and enhancements
- Collaborate with FP&A, tax, and senior ops leaders on planning initiatives
- Lead and mentor a team of high-performing accounting pros
What You Bring:
- 10+ years in accounting/finance leadership, preferably in public companies
- CPA required
- Expert-level US GAAP and SOX compliance experience
- Strong command of ERP/reporting systems (SAP, AX, Hyperion, etc.)
- Track record of strategic process improvement and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in complex, matrixed environments—ideally manufacturing or industrial
