The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in home construction, specifically single-family home construction. This role will involve overseeing all construction operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:

As the Vice President of Construction Operations, you will:

1. Oversee all construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals.
3. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and growth.
4. Collaborate with other senior leaders to determine the feasibility of potential projects, assessing risks, costs, and potential return on investment.
5. Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, advancements, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve operations and stay ahead of competitors.
6. Ensure all construction operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
8. Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Vice President of Construction Operations role, you must have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience in the construction industry, preferably as a Vice President or Director.
2. Proven experience in home construction, specifically single-family home construction.
3. Strong leadership skills, with a track record of leading high-performing teams to success.
