Job Details

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, assess performance, and make informed business decisions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management and support business development initiatives.
  • Build and scale a team of finance professionals, including financial analysts, accountants, and budget analysts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • CPA or CFA certification preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior finance and/or accounting role
