Job Details
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Vice President in the Engineering industry to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical engineering, consulting engineering, power systems, front-end-engineering-design, and P&ID. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits package.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the engineering department to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Develop and implement engineering strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects and deliverables.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the engineering team.
- Ensure compliance with all industry standards, regulations, and guidelines.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in business development activities to generate new clients and projects.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of power systems, front-end-engineering-design, and P&ID.
- Experience in consulting engineering and project management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Strong business acumen and ability to generate new business opportunities.
