Job Details

Work Experience:
We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in the motion control industry, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully introducing new products and achieving outstanding business results. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of step motors, servomotors, brushless motors, networked programmable drives, and stay up-to-date with relevant technical trends. Additionally, experience in providing motion control solutions across various target industry segments such as Semiconductor, Packaging, Logistics, Medical Devices, Automated Guided Vehicles, and Energy is highly desirable.

Primary Responsibilities:
Develop compelling business cases to drive the introduction of new products, facilitating profitable revenue growth.
Collaborate with leading OEM customers in our target industry segments to identify emerging product opportunities and requirements, translating them into high-value solutions.
Identify customization opportunities for our products, delivering unique and valuable solutions to our esteemed OEM customers.
Take the lead in marketing efforts to promote new products, generating sales leads and contributing to revenue growth.

Technical Skills:
Possess a practical understanding of motors and drives, and their application in automated machinery.
Actively listen to customer needs and diligently document requirements.
Identify innovative and value-added approaches to meet customer requirements.
Drive the seamless integration of all resources (motors, drives, gear, linear actuators, software, and firmware) within our global capabilities, resulting in commercially successful products for our portfolio.
Demonstrate proficiency in constructing business cases for product introductions and ensuring their successful implementation.
Exhibit strong project management skills, closely monitoring new product development, taking timely actions to maintain schedules, and proactively addressing any potential delays.
