Job Details

You will manage comprehensive financial communications and accounting operations, ensuring seamless financial transparency and strategic financial management across complex entities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Coordination and Reporting
- Serve as the primary liaison between members, corporate entities, investment partners, and financial stakeholders, facilitating clear and precise financial communication
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive quarterly financial reports, including:
Detailed cash flow analyses:
- Comprehensive balance sheets for family office, trusts, and foundations
- Precise expense tracking and evaluation
Financial Monitoring and Management:
- Conduct rigorous monitoring of cash activities and financial transactions
- Provide personalized financial guidance to family members regarding:
Personal expenditure management:
- Investment strategy insights
- Cash flow planning and optimization
This individual will also help led some team members in accounting under their management:
- Strategic supervision
- Targeted professional development programs
- Mentorship and skill enhancement initiatives
We would ideally look for an individual with:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferably a CPA or Masters but not required)
- Extensive experience in family office or private wealth management
- 3+ years in Leadership roles (Controllership / VP / CFO level experience)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Someone tech savvy who can understand and pick up financial systems quickly
