Job Details
Position Overview: The VP of FP&A, reporting directly to the Global CFO, will lead, implement, and enhance financial reporting and forecasting operations and framework across the organization, both within each individual company and at the enterprise level. The VP will improve KPIs, processes, and systems to ensure that leadership and investor partners are equipped with the tools and information needed to make real-time decisions.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Partner with CFO and leadership to provide financial reporting and guidance to drive decision making
- Lead, develop, and grow FP&A team including 2 current direct reports overseas
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders to ensure environment of FP&A importance is nurtured
- Design, implement, and improve FP&A processes including: planning & budgeting, reporting, KPI tracking, forecasting & variance analysis, financial review, and other ad-hoc reporting and analysis
- Design and develop FP&A roadmap, standardizing processes, automation, and reporting across network of companies
- Act as primary liaison for private equity investors
- Develop financial strategy and plan with business unit leadership
- Enhance financial modeling visualization tools and processes
- Work with IT and systems group to optimize reporting and financial tools
- Advise on capital allocation and investment decisions
- Manage back end M&A integration processes from a financial standpoint
- Interpret financial and business data at a subsidiary and enterprise level to translate into easily consumable narrative
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting / Finance / related field
- Enterprise level FP&A leadership experience
- Project based industry experience i.e. creative, entertainment, SAAS
- Private Equity backed company experience, private equity reporting
- KPI development
- Business Intelligence tools expertise
- Financial modeling
- FP&A process creation
- Financial reporting
- Data analysis
- 2 days a week in office in Los Angeles

- Creative agency network experience
- Global organization experience
- MBA
- $200M+ in revenue
