Job Details
What You’ll Tackle:
What They're Looking For:
- Lead ERP selection and implementation; current platform is homegrown and no longer scalable
- Serve as a key partner to the executive team, bringing accounting and tax strategy to M&A integrations and cross-border operations
- Drive process improvements, internal controls, and accounting best practices across a complex org structure
- Own the technical accounting landscape, domestic and international
- Lead tax strategy and compliance with external partners
- Help transition the team toward a shorter close cycle and modernize reporting frameworks
What They're Looking For:
- CPA required; strong technical accounting and tax acumen
- Background in public accounting + experience in senior leadership roles
- Deep experience with ERP implementation and cross-functional systems work
- International accounting exposure (IFRS, multi-country ops)
- Ability to challenge the status quo and lead change through influence
