KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, influencing key business decisions through a strong people and operational lens
Help shape organizational strategy, leadership structure, workforce planning, and culture
Lead the full HR function with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach across recruiting, employee relations, performance management, leadership coaching, organizational development, compensation, and compliance
Improve and scale HR processes and infrastructure to support growth while maintaining speed and agility
Quickly identify organizational issues and implement practical, business-oriented solutions with sound judgment and urgency
Coach and support managers through growth, operational pressure, organizational change, and difficult decisions
Drive a high-performance culture rooted in ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Support organizational design and team-structure decisions as the business evolves
Attract, develop, and retain high-performing talent; improve hiring quality, onboarding, and employee development
Build scalable talent and succession strategies that support long-term growth while preserving culture and entrepreneurial spirit


QUALIFICATIONS — NEEDED

8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
Experience partnering directly with CEOs and executive leadership teams
Background in high-growth, entrepreneurial, PE-backed, or rapidly evolving organizations (strongly preferred)
Strong background in employee relations, organizational development, and leadership coaching
Demonstrated success building or improving HR infrastructure and organizational processes
Proven ability to drive results in environments with shifting priorities and high accountability
Strong communication, influencing, operational, and organizational leadership skills
