- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement IT solutions that support business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and incorporate them into our IT strategy as appropriate.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Extensive knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including data warehouses and databases.
- Experience with HIPPA, URAC, EPIC, and other relevant regulations and standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to IT issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex IT concepts to non-technical team members.
- Experience with disaster recovery planning and execution.
- An MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies and incorporate them into our IT strategy.
