Job Details
Position Overview: The Plant Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the manufacturing facility, including production, quality control, maintenance, and workforce management. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong operational background and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
o Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of supervisors and staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
o Monitor production schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
o Address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
o Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
o Lead initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency across the facility.
o Analyze financial reports to make informed operational decisions.
o Foster strong relationships with suppliers and external partners.
Qualifications:

- Budgeting & Financial Management:
o Analyze financial reports to make informed operational decisions.
- Collaboration:
o Foster strong relationships with suppliers and external partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role, with a proven track record of managing complex operations.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
