Champion a flywheel approach, transforming customer satisfaction into continuous growth through referrals and advocacy.
Lead a dynamic team in rapid, data-driven experimentation across the entire customer journey, from acquisition to retention.
Demonstrate agility in a role requiring swift adaptation to market changes, ensuring that all marketing decisions are measurable, scalable, and aligned with our overarching growth objectives.
Take responsibility for the creation, communication, and implementation of a successful marketing plan, strategy, and team.
Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies/materials.
Effectively build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team that can scale to the needs of the organization.
Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads.
Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports.
Work closely with other departments to achieve sales and marketing goals.
Drive and grow all e-commerce revenue through marketing initiatives and programs.
Maintain brand standards and ensure cohesiveness in all marketing and communications channels.
Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counterstrategies.
Identify market opportunities and lead change within the department to meet those opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate marketing’s vision and priorities.
Main Goal/Objective: Sets stretch goals, develops operational plans for their department(s), in alignment with the company's vision and strategy.
Anticipate and plan for the future needs of their department(s) in the context of companywide goals and initiatives.
