Jobot's client is looking for a VP of operations to oversee a grouping of offices throughout the Midwest. At our core we're an engineering organization and to be successful in this job you will need to be an engineer at your core.

1. An engineering undergrad

2. Experience managing a large territory of managers who, in turn, manage field personnel. Think Engineering, safety, and sales.

3. Ability to manage a P&L.

4. An MBA, although not required is highly preferred.
