Job Details

The VP of product will lead the development of our core platform. This role offers a unique chance to leverage AI in an industry that hasn't seen meaningful innovation in decades. You'll help solve a genuine market pain point, collaborating with diverse perspectives to build something transformative, taking true ownership of critical systems, and contributing to our collective success.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CPO to shape the product vision and build a cohesive strategy and roadmap.
  • Drive discovery & insights by diving deep into user needs, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Own the Product Management lifecycle processes to maximize outcomes, reduce friction, and ensure efficient delivery.
  • Ability to be an IC that can operate as a team of one, but capable of building teams to scale the product over time.
  • Ensure that initiatives and efforts across product, engineering, design, and other functions are aligned and optimized.
  • Break down silos, foster collaboration, and promote transparency to drive organizational alignment.
  • Embrace AI, identify opportunities to leverage machine learning to enhance products, streamline processes, and move fast.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of product leadership experience in a B2B SaaS environment building products from zero to one
  • Demonstrated experience driving the discovery process, facilitating client meetings, and conducting market research
  • Highly-skilled in Operational efficiency, with the ability to strike the perfect balance of process + alignment in a fast paced startup
  • Experience leading products through multiple stages of growth (early stage building, to hiring a team in a mature environment)
  • Solid foundation in product strategy, user research, design thinking, and agile methodologies
  • Professional experience leveraging cutting-edge technology like LLM's, AI, ML and NLP's to build innovative products
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands, and manage multiple work streams
  • Past experience working on complex products that had successful outcomes.
