We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Permanent VP of Revenue Cycle Management in the Medical industry. This executive-level position plays a crucial role in the strategic planning and management of the company's revenue cycle, including operations and strategy, financial planning, budgeting, P&L management, cost transformation profitability, multi-site/multi-shore/shared service operations, payor strategy/contracting, change management/process improvement, client relationship management, and acquisitions/integrations/implementation. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of experience, strategic insight, and a commitment to excellence to drive our company's financial success.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the strategic planning and execution of the company's revenue cycle management operations.
2. Develop and implement financial planning, budgeting, and P&L management strategies to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
3. Drive cost transformation profitability initiatives to optimize the company's financial performance.
4. Oversee multi-site/multi-shore/shared service operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
5. Develop and implement payor strategy/contracting initiatives to maximize revenue and minimize risk.
6. Lead change management/process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
8. Oversee acquisitions/integrations/implementation to ensure smooth transitions and optimal business outcomes.
9. Collaborate with other executive team members to align strategies and operations to company goals.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management in the medical industry, with a demonstrated track record of success.
3. Extensive experience in operations and strategy, financial planning, budgeting, P&L management, cost transformation profitability, multi-site/multi-shore/shared service operations, payor strategy/contracting, change management/process improvement, client relationship management, and acquisitions/integrations/implementation.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team to achieve exceptional performance.
5. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to address complex business challenges.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
7. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical business practices.
