Job Details

We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-oriented individual to join our team as a Permanent VP of Strategy & Transformation. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to apply their skills and knowledge in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment. The VP of Strategy & Transformation will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives to enhance operational performance, improve business processes, and deliver transformational change across the organization. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong track record in project management, cost savings, and process optimization, preferably within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan that aligns with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage strategic initiatives aimed at improving operational performance and enhancing business processes.
  • Drive transformational change across the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve the company's bottom line.
  • Use KPI analysis to monitor and report on the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to ensure success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the strategy team, fostering an environment that encourages professional growth and development.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning and decision making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic role within the sales industry. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Proven track record in operational improvements, business process improvement, project management, transformation, and cost savings.
  • Strong knowledge of KPI analysis and process optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business transformation and manage change effectively.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on data and insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
