Job Details

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in wage and class action law, with a proven track record of success.
3. Current license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
4. Exceptional legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents.
5. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable settlements for our clients.
6. In-depth knowledge of wage and class action laws, regulations, and procedures.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, witnesses, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
8. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple cases and deadlines without compromising on quality or accuracy.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound legal judgments.
11. Commitment to fighting for justice and advocating for the rights and interests of our clients.
