Responsibilities:
As a Consulting Water Treatment Technician, you will:
1. Provide technical support to our clients and internal teams on water treatment systems, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure optimal system performance.
2. Conduct regular quality control tests and inspections on water treatment systems to ensure they meet required standards and regulations.
3. Collaborate with the product development team to improve existing water treatment solutions and develop new ones.
4. Develop and implement training programs for clients and staff on the operation and maintenance of water treatment systems.
5. Provide expert advice on water treatment processes, system design, and the selection of appropriate technologies.
6. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and proposals as required.
7. Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the water treatment industry.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Consulting Water Treatment Technician position, you must have:
1. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in water treatment, technical support, quality control, and product development support.
2. Strong knowledge of water treatment processes, technologies, and equipment.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
5. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other software used in the water treatment industry.
6. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as necessary to meet with clients and inspect water treatment facilities.
