Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications
- Project Leadership: Manage all aspects of water resource and watershed projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination.
- Technical Oversight: Ensure technical excellence, compliance with standards, and integration of innovative solutions.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships; serve as the primary point of contact and represent clients in meetings as needed.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior staff
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities, contribute to proposals, and support the firm’s strategic growth efforts.
- Financial Management: Monitor budgets, manage project profitability, and forecast labor resources.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or higher in environmental science, hydrology, engineering, ecology, geology, resource economics, or related field
- Local to Denver or willing to relocate preferred
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years managing projects
- Licensure: PE, PG, PH, or similar certification preferred (or willingness to obtain in Colorado)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in scientific modeling software, Microsoft Suite, GIS, Google Earth, ERP/CRM systems, and relevant programming tools
