Job Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire a deep understanding of all aspects of financial planning and wealth management, and complete the necessary training and development to succeed as a Financial Advisor
  • Provide clients with a wide range of customized financial planning and wealth management strategies, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest planning tools, techniques, and strategies to offer the most comprehensive and effective advice possible
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with management teams, and adhere to all compliance guidelines and policies
  • Generate leads and referrals from various sources to build a client base and expand business opportunities
  • Leverage a diverse set of resources to provide tailored solutions that meet clients' needs and goals.

Required Skills:

  • FINRA Series 7 & 66 (63 & 65 accepted, in lieu of 66) registrations required with 2+ years’ experience
  • Established practice and experience managing client portfolios and driving growth
  • Proven relationship building and business development skills

Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher strongly preferred
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly entrepreneurial
  • CFP preferred
