Currently, our team is eagerly hiring a Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between the core engineering and business teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.

Job Details
The Work
● Collaborate with partners to understand their business models, assess their needs, and propose solutions.
● Support partners through the whole product lifecycle – sales call support, solutions, troubleshooting, timelines, and partner releases.
● Maintain expertise of our technology with hands-on design and development experience, such as designing common use cases and proof of concept development.
● Work cross-functionally with the product team and engineering team for valuable usability feedback and to keep apprised of features and functionality.
● Experience working for a large SaaS organization is a plus
Must have
● Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields.
● 5 years or more experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical or development consulting, or equivalent experience.
● Comfortable leading and communicating with partners
● Prior experience with web3 business models and web3 technical solutions is highly preferred
