With a focus on construction raw materials, we supply commercial & industrial construction companies with 10-hour order to delivery windows to construction job-sites.
We are looking for a capable and driven Distribution Center Operations Manager who loves tinkering with ERP systems, analyzing & improving KPI's, and takes pride in servant leadership, running a successful high-volume wholesale supply operation!

Job Details
**Our Distribution receives & distributes 1K+ line items per day in a 30K Sq. Ft. Warehouse. This operations contains 6K SKU's, 25 in-house Fleet of trucks & 15-20 warehouse staff for receiving, picking, shipping, and delivery**

- 5+ years of experience running a successful Wholesale Supply Distribution Branch / Distribution Center.
- B2B Logistics/warehousing experience: construction, electrical, or renewables wholesale supply experience!
- Experience leading a similar scale warehouse (30K+ Sq. Ft.) receiving 1K+ line items per day across 6K+ SKU's.
- Required: experience with same day order to delivery windows (or less).
- Prior experience overseeing an in-house fleet of trucks / drivers.
- ERP system experience: Epicor ERP highly desired, OR SAP, Oracle, Red Prairie, etc.
- Proficient in MS Excel (pivots, graphing) - highly analytical.
- Experience overseeing 20-30 direct reports - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to delegate & solve operational issues hands-on, i.e. improving delivery completion times, cycle counts, receiving & shipping discrepancies, facility organization & cleanliness, safety, etc.
- Ability to be on-site 5 days per week, overseeing a 3-shift operation.
- LEAN 5S Certification (or similar) highly desired, but not required!
