We're seeking a Process Manager, Supply Chain Systems to drive the strategic alignment between systems capabilities and supply chain operations. In this role, you'll collaborate across multiple teams—engineering, operations, IT, and external vendors—to optimize processes and ensure the seamless implementation of industry-leading distribution and transportation management systems.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or relevant field of study.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering roles with emphasis on process improvement.
3. Expertise in Manhattan and Oracle Supply Chain Systems.
4. Functional and technical understanding of Distribution and Transportation Management systems.
5. Ability to significantly influence IT and business stakeholders.
6. Proven experience partnering with Engineering and Operations teams.
7. Strong understanding of master data management principles.
8. Experience in warehouse management.
9. Expertise in distribution and transportation management systems, especially with a strong functional and technical understanding of how these systems integrate into operations.
10. Proven track record of leading Go-Live related Business activities including Training, Business Support, Stabilization, and Hypercare.
Responsibilities:

4. Maintain and execute against product roadmap for supply chain systems, including product enhancements and future releases.
5. Lead Go-Live related Business activities including Training, Business Support, Stabilization, and Hypercare.
6. Ensure a robust understanding of master data management principles across the organization.
7. Manage warehouse management systems to ensure efficient operations.
8. Provide expertise in distribution and transportation management systems, especially with a strong functional and technical understanding of how these systems integrate into operations.
