The first project for this Assistant Superintendent will be in Rockford, IL where you will assist in QA/QC efforts until the project is complete May 2026. Job Details

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2+ years' experience in construction, with a focus on wood frame multifamily/ senior living construction
  • QA/ QC experience
  • Procore
  • Knowledge of MEP's
  • Open to Travel (Midwest/ Southeast)
  • Trips home every-other weekend.
  • Must obtain OSHA30 and First Aid/CPR certification upon employment.
  • Strong knowledge of all construction facets, including earthwork, drainage, framing, finishes, and mechanical systems.
  • Proven ability to supervise, teach, and motivate staff while maintaining excellent safety habits.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects, meet critical deadlines, and make agile decisions.
