Job Details

We are seeking a California-licensed attorney (dual CA/NV license preferred) to handle California workers’ compensation cases from Nevada. This Remote role offers flexibility and a chance to work in a supportive, tech-forward environment.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage a full caseload of CA workers’ comp cases
  • Conduct WCAB proceedings remotely or in person
  • Collaborate with a dedicated support team
  • Leverage hybrid/shared office space in Las Vegas

What We’re Looking For:
  • Active CA Bar license (NV license a plus)
  • Experience in workers’ compensation or defense-side WC
  • Strong research, negotiation, and litigation skills
  • Spanish language skills a plus
