Job Details
- Represent clients in workers' compensation claims
- Handle all aspects of WC litigation including hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations
- Collaborate with internal teams on related employment, disability, and criminal defense issues
- Provide counsel on risk exposure, claim strategy, and regulatory compliance
- Maintain detailed case files, meet all statutory deadlines, and appear before WCAB
Looking For:
- J.D. and licensed to practice in California
- Minimum 2 years of workers’ compensation experience
- Proven ability to manage WC case lifecycle from intake to resolution
- Familiarity with California WCAB procedures and statutes
