  • Conduct depositions of parties, lay witnesses, medical providers, and experts
  • Draft persuasive motions and briefs for administrative commission hearings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters and risk managers
  • Spearhead case strategy development
  • Represent clients in mediations and administrative hearings
