Job Details
- Join a dedicated workers’ compensation defense team
- Represent employers, insurance carriers, and TPAs in hearings, mediations, and depositions
- Draft motions, pleadings, and trial briefs
- Evaluate medical records, conduct IMEs, and develop expert strategies
- Handle all phases of litigation from pre-trial through appeal
- Advise on compliance, reserving strategies, and self-insured program issues
Looking For:
- J.D. and licensed to practice in Pennsylvania
- Minimum 2 years of workers’ compensation experience
