WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Minimum Requirements:
Preferred (But Not Required):
- Independently manage a full caseload of Nevada workers’ compensation defense files from intake through resolution
- Conduct depositions, draft and respond to discovery, file pleadings and motions, and attend hearings
- Develop and execute strategic case plans to move files toward timely resolution
- Negotiate settlements and maintain proactive client communication on a regular basis (minimum every 30 days)
- Ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines while maintaining high professional standards
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Minimum Requirements:
- Active Nevada Bar license in good standing
- At least 1 year of experience handling Nevada workers’ compensation defense matters
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong time management, analytical thinking, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to client service, integrity, and discretion
Preferred (But Not Required):
- Experience in insurance claims, subrogation, or civil litigation
- Familiarity with high-volume case management tools or platforms
