Responsibilities:

As a Workiva Implementation Functional Lead, you will:

1. Lead the implementation of Workiva's software solutions, focusing on internal controls within the energy industry.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into functional requirements, and deliver innovative solutions.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
4. Provide expert advice on the use of Workiva's software solutions, helping clients to improve their operations and meet their business objectives.
5. Lead a team of consultants, providing them with guidance and support, and ensuring they deliver high-quality work.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the energy industry and Workiva's software solutions, and use this knowledge to provide clients with the best possible service.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on implementing software solutions and internal controls within the energy industry.
2. Proven experience in leading teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
3. Excellent knowledge of Workiva's software solutions and their application within the energy industry.
4. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
6. A deep understanding of the energy industry, including its challenges and opportunities.
7. A degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business.
