Job Details
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in Workers' Compensation cases, providing legal advice and advocacy.
Prepare and conduct depositions, gathering evidence and testimonies to support cases.
Research and analyze legal issues, statutes, and regulations relevant to clients' cases.
Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Proven experience in Workers' Compensation Defense
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Experience defending employers, insurance carriers and third party administrators
