The Yardi Project Manager leads and directs the planning, implementation, and deployment of strategically identified Yardi initiatives. The Yardi Project Manager will operate at the enterprise level to optimize delivery practices, processes, and models that align with and support internal and external business objectives.

The Project Manager will apply their insights in applications support to working in partnership with major clients on property management and immediate technical support via a ticketing system.

Job Details

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage all facets of project including but not limited to budgets, schedules, procurements, quality, and risks
  • Prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate and budget, work plan schedule and milestones, quality control, and risk identification
  • Create, maintain, and disseminate project plans, project information, and project status reports to stakeholders
  • Drive effective partnership, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple internal and external teams with competing priorities
  • Closely work with all team members to understand and identify key interdependencies and critical roadblocks, identify potential issues, and appropriately align with the needs of the organization
  • Anticipate areas of risks, provide critical issue management, anticipate, and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints
  • Implement communication plans for meetings and written reports and/or meeting minutes to keep client and project resources informed.
  • Facilitates project meetings
  • Create executive style reporting and update documents from detailed information
  • Collaborate to identify, devise, and implement continuous improvements to processes, systems, policies/procedures, training, and guidance documents
  • Interface directly with stakeholders to define project requirements.
  • Prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate and budget, cash flow, work plan schedule and milestones, quality control, and risk identification
  • Track new initiatives, assess the impact of change to stakeholders, schedule change activities, and influence policy communication and training materials
  • Successfully interact and establish lasting relationships with external and internal stakeholders
  • Communicate inefficiencies and/or recommendations for existing process changes in a tactful and effective manner
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Areas of Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Demonstrate ability to diagnose problems quickly and consider a broad range of internal and external factors when making decisions
  • Superior communication both written and verbal, the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
  • Requires a high degree of self-motivation, proven leadership, and the ability to work independently
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills coupled with the ability to work within deadlines and prioritize work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 is required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years’ experience as Project Manager
  • Focus on IT systems implementation is required
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • An education of a Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Data conversion experience is preferred
  • Yardi Systems software experience is a plus
  • Experience using Smartsheet or MS project is required
  • Eligible to work in United States
