The good faith, annualized salary range for this position is $215,000 to $415,000 depending on the candidate's overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law such as, education, training, other responsibilities.

Job Description:
We have a full-service transactional tax practice with a reputation for sophisticated work. The group advises on complex M&A transactions, partnership and joint venture transactions, capital markets and securitization offerings, and financial products.

Job Qualifications:
  •   Associates in their 3rd to 6th year
  •   Experience in transactional tax, preferably in a major law firm
  •   Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school or a Tax LL.M. program.
  •   Must be detail-oriented, motivated, and have a positive attitude and good judgment skills
