Job Details

We’re looking for a Banking Attorney with 4-8 years of experience in commercial finance, real estate, or corporate transactional matters. This role involves drafting and negotiating loan documents, conducting due diligence, and closing complex financial transactions.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:

Drafting and negotiating loan and equipment lease documents
Reviewing due diligence (UCC lien searches, organizational documents, good standing certificates, title documents, surveys)
Managing loan and lease closings
Conducting legal research to support transactions and compliance
🔹 What You Bring to the Table:

J.D. and admission to the Michigan Bar
4+ years of experience in commercial finance, real estate finance, or corporate transactions
Strong drafting, negotiation, and due diligence skills
Ability to work on complex financial transactions with banks and borrowers
