Job Details

The Business Development is a senior level executive, reporting to the Company President. The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive internal and external development plan that would increase revenues and profits in the Texas market.

  • Implements the recommendations of the strategic marketing plan established by the executive team.
  • Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
  • Leads the GO/NOGO process by screening potential business deals, analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials;
evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending direction
and investment.
  • Assists in or produces feasibility studies/business plans for new sector development.
  • Assists marketing with developing campaigns for accentuating company’s services.
  • Assists in planning of any events that highlight corporate services.
  • Assists in developing an evaluation process to gain feedback from clients.
  • Develops and maintains business development budget.

Requirements:
  • Ability to give effective presentations.
  • Show true passion for client projects and relationships.
  • Must be able to travel on a needed basis as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Construction Management, Marketing, or a related program.
  • A minimum of 10 years construction related experience.
