Who You Are:

You are a highly motivated sales professional with a proven track record in Commercial Services (Landscaping, Pest Control, Janitorial, Facility Services, Property Management).
You have an established network within your territory and a deep understanding of the needs of HOA communities and commercial properties.
You thrive on relationship-building, have strong closing skills, and are well-versed in B@B strategies and execution.

What You'll Do:

Drive New Business: Develop and maintain a pipeline clientele through cold calling, networking, leads, and referrals to meet or exceed a 1.2-1.5M annual sales target.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive B2B sales and long-term partnerships
Industry Involvement: Actively participate in BoMa, IFMA, IREM, and CAI to expand networks and identify new sales opportunities.
Track leads, manage data, and report sales performance to leadership.

What You Bring:

At least 3 years of Commercial Services (Landscaping, Property Management, Pest Control, or Janitorial Services) B2B sales experience
Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets in a competitive market
Strong industry network within HOA, property management, and commercial real estate sectors,
Experience preparing and delivering winning proposals and RFP responses.
High-level negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
Valid Driver's license with the ability to travel within the assigned territory
