Job Details

The Construction Project Manager will manage the Design/Build process for food distribution and food processing facility projects as well as oversee and perform technical tasks and objectives including reports, research, design, specification and plans to help ensure each project is executed on time and within budget. This person will be responsible for assisting in the management of each projects scope, schedule, and budget.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA/BS in Construction Management, Architecture, or similar fields a MUST; PMP a PLUS!
  • Min. 7-10+ yrs. as a Construction Project Manager on Commercial and Industrial projects ranging from 500k-2M+ sq. ft./$500K - $10M+ a MUST!
  • Food/Beverage & Cold Storage Facilities project experience a HUGE PLUS!!
  • Projects are throughout the U.S. - Overnight and some multi-day travel is REQUIRED
