Job Details

The Commercial Construction Superintendent is responsible for project execution, safety, and quality control throughout pre-construction, construction, and close-out activities on upcoming Retail projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BA/BS in Construction Management a PLUS!
  • Min. 5-10+ yrs. as a Construction Superintendent w/ Commercial General Contracting experience on Retail, Restaurant, Hospitality, and other related Commercial projects a MUST!
  • Experience managing projects of 500k-2M+ sq. ft./$500K - $10M+ a MUST!
  • Ground-Up and Tenant Improvement experience a MUST!; Industrial Tilt Concrete Ground-Up a HUGE PLUS!!
