Connecticut-based law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Finance Attorney to join their team! The ideal candidate for this role will have 4 + years of Commercial Real Estate and Finance experience as well as a background with land use and zoning transactions. All candidates must be barred in CT (Also having NY or MA licenses, or the ability to be waived in, is preferred).

Job Details

Requirements:
  • 5 + years of Commercial transactional real estate work
  • Experience with land use and zoning transactions
  • Experience with Corporate work (not required, but desirable)
  • Licensed to practice law in Connecticut (If you also have NY and MA that is a bonus! Or the ability to be waived in to one or both).
