Are you a seasoned professional in the construction industry with a passion for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion? Do you thrive in an environment that challenges you to use both your leadership and technical skills? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are seeking a Permanent Project Manager with expertise in Wood Frame Construction, multifamily, "Mixed-Use", Garden Style Apartments, and ground up Multi-family projects. This role will require you to oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Overseeing all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.
2. Allocating resources for assigned projects.
3. Supervising onsite personnel and subcontractors.
4. Interfacing with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
5. Negotiating with contractors to receive reasonable order costs.
6. Maintaining high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
7. Preparing internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
8. Ensuring project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
9. Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
10. Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
11. Proactively managing changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in construction project management, specifically in Wood Frame Construction, multifamily, "Mixed-Use", Garden Style Apartments, and ground up Multi-family projects.
2. A bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
3. Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
4. Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings, and plan sets.
5. Advanced understanding of risk management policies and procedures.
6. Extensive experience managing budgets for large construction projects.
7. Strong knowledge of construction project management software such as Procore or similar.
8. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
9. Strong leadership and management skills.
10. Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate.
