Job Details

We are seeking a Corporate and Transactional Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic practice group in Boston. The ideal candidate will:

Represent closely held companies, founders, executives, and investors in a variety of transactions.
Handle mergers and acquisitions ranging from $2.5MM to $50MM+.
Advise on formation and restructuring, as well as general outside counsel/advisory work.
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.
Conduct legal research and provide well-reasoned legal opinions.
Participate in due diligence processes for corporate transactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and legal developments.
Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate/transactional law.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, leasing, and financing is a plus.
Experience in liquor licensing and hospitality is helpful.
Enthusiasm for growing a book of business.
