Our client as actively recruiting for an experienced corporate attorney to join their office locations in New York City, Los Angeles or remotely in another major market The opportunity is with a mid-sized corporate firm dedicated to providing comprehensive business solutions to a wide range of domestic and international businesses and entrepreneurs seeking strategic legal counsel for complex commercial litigation and transactional matters.
We are seeking candidates who service a portable book of corporate clients for complex commercial litigation, corporate transactional, labor & employment, real estate, tax, intellectual property or trademark matters. The partners are looking to invest in attorneys who may be looking enhance and grow their practice with additional support and collaboration. Compensation will include $200,000 - $300,000 in guaranteed base salary, origination fees, bonuses and an allotted annual marketing budget to use at your discretion. Additional benefits include remote work flexibility, firm paid healthcare benefits, 401k with company contribution and PTO. There is no billable requirement for this role.
