Job Details

The Corporate Counsel will have an opportunity to make a significant impact within a dynamic and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have a JD, strong analytical skills, a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, and expertise in manufacturing corporations and transactions; including emerging laws like EPR and plastics recycling. The Corporate Counsel will report to the General Counsel and manage a Paralegal.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Draft, negotiate, and review commercial contracts.
  • Advise on corporate governance and regulatory matters.
  • Manage trademarks and oversee CLM systems.
  • Provide strategic legal guidance and collaborate with management.
  • Supervise corporate paralegal and manage outside counsel.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • JD and Indiana State Bar membership in good standing.
  • Proven experience in corporate transactional law.
  • Strong communication, judgment, and organizational skills.
