+ Specialty Unit: Case Management Department
+ Shift Schedule: Full-time, Regular
+ Hourly Pay: Highly competitive compensation (details provided during the application process)
+ Experience: Minimum 3 years of hospital-based Case Management experience, including Utilization Review and Discharge Planning
+ License/Certification: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) with RN licensure (for Nursing), or minimum Bachelor's degree in other eligible healthcare professions; Current CCM® or ACM™ certification required or must be obtained within one year of placement.
