Job Details
We’re looking for a Director of Engineering to lead our talented team in designing high-quality equipment that meets customer needs—on time and on budget. In this role, you’ll drive technical innovation, mentor engineers, and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and performance.
What You’ll Do
✅ Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team – Build and mentor a responsive engineering team that collaborates with internal and external customers from project initiation to completion.
✅ Drive Innovation & Continuous Improvement – Develop equipment and design standards that align with industry best practices, while continuously improving current products.
✅ Shape the Future of Our Technology – Construct and execute a technology roadmap that supports business growth and industry advancements.
✅ Support & Solve Challenges – Provide expert guidance on technical and operational concerns, ensuring smooth project execution.
✅ Foster a Culture of Excellence – Promote a team-oriented, lean-focused environment that values shared learning, transparency, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science (Master’s preferred).
✔️ 10+ years of engineering leadership experience, including managing multidisciplinary teams.
✔️ Expertise in heat transfer, combustion, and wastewater treatment technologies.
✔️ Strong understanding of process equipment instrumentation and controls.
✔️ Experience in engineered-to-order environments and project management.
✔️ Knowledge of industry standards (ASME, AWS, UL, NSF, NEC, NFPA, IEC).
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office Suite; Six Sigma and Lean experience is a plus.
