We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing and Communications to join our team in the medical industry. As the permanent Director of Marketing and Communications, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and increase brand awareness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth and increase brand awareness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with the company's goals and objectives
  • Lead the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels
  • Manage the company's brand and ensure that all marketing materials are consistent with the brand's messaging and tone
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and industry organizations
  • Lead the development and execution of internal and external communications strategies
  • Ensure that all marketing efforts are compliant with healthcare regulations and compliance (e.g., HIPAA)
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • Comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance (e.g., HIPAA)
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing a marketing budget and allocating resources effectively
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
